Traami is a carpooling platform that connects drivers and passengers travelling similar routes. Traami Ltd is registered in England and Wales. By using Traami, you agree to these terms.
Traami is a cost-sharing platform. Drivers may only charge passengers their proportional share of fuel costs. Drivers must not profit beyond fuel cost recovery. This is not a commercial taxi or private hire service.
Drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle insurance covers carpooling passengers. Many UK insurers offer free social carpooling cover — check with your insurer. Traami accepts no liability for accidents, injuries or loss during rides.
Ride prices are calculated based on distance and actual fuel costs. Payment arrangements are between driver and passenger via the platform. Traami is not liable for payment disputes.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel a ride. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account suspension.
Traami reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, receive consistently low ratings, or engage in fraudulent behaviour.
Traami is a technology platform connecting users. We are not responsible for the actions of drivers or passengers, accidents, delays or losses that occur during rides. Use Traami at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Traami after changes constitutes acceptance.
